Well....I
only got pictures of my pies and my turkey. Things got so hectic in the kitchen yesterday, I didn't stop and snap pics of the stuffing, potatoes and green bean casserole (which were all incredible, by the way).
My daughter, Alicia, was a big help this year, taking care of the potatoes by herself.
You CAN see the stuffing inside the bird in the pic here, but it was much more lovely once it was removed.
I've got 2 very large ziploc bags full of meat leftover from this giant (23lb) bird. Time to get creative (with one bag) and into the freezer (with the other one).
I'm too tired to write down my recipes here, but will definitely oblige someone in an email if they really want them.
