Stamp Out Hunger By Taking A Break From Stuffing Your Fat Face



If you live in the U.S., PLEASE join my family and millions of other folks across the country by leaving (AT LEAST) one bag of non-perishable food items by your mailbox on Saturday, May 14th.

To help even MORE, look up locations of local food banks and learn about the volunteer and donation programs that you can get involved in.  They range from providing meals to the elderly and invalid, to filling backpacks with food for school children to take home over the weekends (the only meals many children get are the ones they receive at school; the backpacks help carry them through till Monday).

It makes you feel good........and since you're DEFINITELY NOT hungry, you really don't have too many excuses.
